Privacy & data
Find current policies and request help with personal information.
Read the current policies
- The privacy policy describes how personal information is handled. The subprocessors page identifies service providers.
- A help article does not replace the policies and terms that apply to your use of HomeLantern.
Choose what you share
- Property and job conversations may be visible to authorized participants. Check recipients and share only what is needed.
- Contractors can choose whether to publish a profile. Review public content before publishing; private account details and public profile content are separate concerns.
- Downloaded records may contain private messages and files. Keep them secure and redact unrelated information before sharing.
Data requests
- Use the account deletion page for the documented process. For access, correction, or privacy questions, contact support from your account email.
- Identity verification may be required. Retention obligations and deletion effects are described in the policies; do not assume every shared record disappears immediately.
