Submitting maintenance requests

Describe a repair, attach evidence, and check that your report was saved.

Prepare your report

  • Use emergency services first for immediate danger. Maintenance chat is not an emergency response channel.
  • In your tenant workspace, open Repairs or Report a Problem. Confirm the property and describe what is wrong, where it is happening, and when it started.
  • Attach photos or supported media only when safe. Avoid unrelated private documents or personal information.

Review and submit

  • Review AI suggestions and correct inaccuracies. Uploading a photo or receiving an AI card does not by itself submit a report.
  • Use the final submit or create action. Check for the saved incident in Reported Problems or Repairs before assuming it reached the property team.

If submission fails

  • Keep your description and error text. Check existing reports before retrying to avoid duplicates. A card marked completed is not proof of a saved incident.
  • Contact support with the page, approximate time, and error. Contact your property team directly when attention is needed sooner than the app can provide.
